1. What age group does the program cater to?
We have the following workshops:
• Junior Chatterbox (Ages 5-7)

• School Workshop
These workshops are public speaking oriented and help in building self-confidence.
They look at public speaking definitions, ethics, confidence building exercises, speech building,
elimination of common wrong habits and much more.
2. What is the duration of the session?
The young learners class is for 3 months with 12 sessions.
It has a parents interaction program at the end of the course.
3. Do you give any discounts to siblings? Why not?
We do not offer any discounts or early bird offers.
The course fee has been decided keeping in mind the escalating costs of trained facilitators,
updated study materials and best-in-industry faculty.
4. If my child gets disinterested mid-session or after 2 classes?
We have not experienced this situation before.
We do not entertain any refund policy.
5. How can I get feedback on my child mid-session?
Feedback can be obtained directly through personal messages to our trainers anytime.
At the end of each batch, the last session is an interaction with parents.
6. Can I do part payment?
We take payments in a single installment.
In special cases, an application may be made to management citing a genuine cause.
The decision of the management shall be final.
Not applicable for online sessions.
7. What happens if my child misses a few classes?
If a child has issues with any part of learning, the trainer will offer a one-to-one session
before class resumes.
Sessions always have a recap at the beginning.
8. What changes will these sessions bring in my child?

9. Can parents attend classes regularly?
A. 90% of children get conscious with parents present. Parents also unintentionally pressure kids after seeing performance.

10. What happens after the batch gets over?
We have a Level 2 course for 3 months with the same schedule and fee structure.
11. Who will conduct the classes?
Classes are conducted by Chatterbox certified trainers
with profound public speaking training experience.
12. Why is public speaking essential from a young age?
Children develop confidence, communication, critical thinking, memory, focus,
leadership qualities and the ability to overcome fear early.
These are harder to teach later.
